Newsnight and BBC news did not report 8 oct March
(I tried to write this comment on the 'newsnight' recent message board but it ended up in a section from July 07 so i'm writing this here.)
WHY did the BBC fail to report the march to Parliament square 8 Oct?? They go on and on about Democracy and the lack of it in other countries, but we yesterday won a victory for our own democracy in that we stopped the police and government preventing us from marching to parliament square, and IT IS NOT REPORTED ON OUR OWN BBBC, neither on newsnight nor the 10pm news? Unbelievable.
Many people who feel the same as anti war protesters do, and who were unable to come yesterday to the march, needed to know from the media about such an event. It was on the ITN news( although only on the London part after the main news). COME ON BBC, do Not neglect such important issues again.
nice post
