If you aim for the stars…
Why isn’t Artificial Intelligence (AI) nominated in the election? In my perspective AI could bring some balance into expectations and requirements of a world president. If a single butterfly can create a storm on the other side of the globe, then how can one person possibly predict all the consequences and outcomes of the choices he or she is going to make?
AI should be able to find the best solution on both short and long-term issues, although we haven’t quite reached the stage for a prototype - yet. Give bio-tech some years and I’m sure we’ll see interesting suggestions as to how AI could assist us in governing the world in ways that exceed nowadays use of technology. (Transhumanism could be a source of inspiration in the meantime)
…Just a thought for the night
All the best,
