Why Democracy films to screen in South Africa

Two Why Democracy films, Please Vote For Me and Taxi To the Dark Side are being screened at the Encounters Film Festival held in Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa. Please Vote for Me recently scooped the Sterling Award for Best Feature Documentary at Silverdocs in the USA.  Taxi to the Dark Side won best documentary at the Tribeca Film Festival in May.  This is the first time the films will be screened in South Africa.  Both are due for release in October.
