SVT schedules own democracy week, "Varför Demokrati"

SVT's week of democracy-related programming Varför Demokrati promises some exciting viewing.  From the 7th - 16th October, all their programmes - from talkshows to children's programmes, news to current affairs - will be firmly focused on democracy. Discussions, debates, clips and interviews are on the menu - kicking off with a sneak preview of what's in store for viewers this Sunday, 30th September.

All this will complement the much anticipated global broadcast of the 10 Why Democracy? films, starting October 7th.
