Mexico and Central America Short Film Proposals Selected

At the recent Guadalajara Film Festival, Guadalajara, Mexico, STEPS International announced the next short films to be made for Why Democracy? Two proposals from Mexico, "Losing La Calma" and "I Want That" and one from a Panamanian filmmaker, were successful. The support for the project from key broadcasters in Central and South America was also evident, much to the delight of the Why Democracy? team.
